What can I do with the Free account?

Create one study, shape its guide, run one participant interview, and review its transcript and insights for free. The interview allowance is used when a participant starts and does not reset if research is deleted. You can keep editing and previewing your study. Request Pro for additional studies or interviews.

How does Pro pricing work?

Pro is €20 per month plus €1.50 for each completed interview. Your account shows your plan and estimated interview usage. Pro activation is confirmed by your administrator; automatic online payment is not available yet.

Do previews use my interview allowance?

No. Your private voice tests, typed guide previews, and examples do not use your free interview or count as paid interviews. The Pro estimate counts completed research interviews.

Which languages are supported?

You can choose English, Dutch, or Arabic for each study. The landing page also supports all three languages and starts with your browser preference. Changing the website language does not change an existing study's interview language.

What do I need to get started?

Start with a research goal and the people you want to hear from. Create your guide, preview the conversation, then share the interview link with a participant.

Can I edit what the AI creates?

Yes. You can edit the research goal, questions, follow-up guidance, and participant experience. Preview the study and review the guide before you start collecting responses.
